Delivery Information

Farm Collection (Free)

Orders placed before Midday Monday-Friday can be collected from the farm after 11am the following day. If you wish to collect sooner, please contact us. 

Local Delivery

For orders over £35, we are able to offer local delivery for £5, for customers within a 10 mile radius of the farm (including Oxford). Orders placed up to Midday on Wednesday will be delivered Thursday afternoon; orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Thursday. Please contact us if you require your delivery sooner. 

Courier (£10)

Next day delivery is available at £10, for orders placed before 11am Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, for next day delivery. Please notify us in advance if you would like your delivery to be delivered on a date in the future, or left in a safe place. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code by email. You will also be able to re-arrange the delivery, request it is left in a safe place, or request a notification when you are the next delivery. Once you order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for its delivery. However, should you encounter any problems please contact us directly and we will make our best efforts to correct them.

Please see each individual product for the current lead time. We will contact you as soon as your order is in stock, and deliver in accordance with the above delivery times.
