35 Day Dry aged Bavette or Flank is a great value steak cut. Our favourite cut for grilling on the BBQ, high heat to char the outside and leave the inside very rare creates an amazing flavour. Can be marinated beforehand, the wide grain readily takes the flavour of the marinade. Also used in fajitas.
