Tiddly Pommes is a great local business based just North of Oxford producing a huge array of apple juices. Each tree and variety is bottled and separately labelled.

We have four different trees here on the farm, from which all these juices are made.

Crispin: raised in Japan in the 1930s from a Golden Delicious and Indo mix. Rated: midway between sharp and sweet

American Mother: originated in Bolton, Massachusetts around 1844 and was soon introduced into the UK. Rated: highest sweetness

Tim's Green Apples: an intriguing green apples from an unidentified tree at the farm. Rated: midway between sharp and sweet

Worcester Pearmain: a not very common variety from 1873 that sometimes tastes of strawberries. Rated: highest sweetness
