Fore Rib of Beef
Prime rib of beef, dry-aged, trimmed and left on the bone for maximum flavour. We hang our meat for over 35 days to achieve a succulent and well flavoured joint. The well-marbled meat keeps moist throughout cooking which together with the yellow fat cover guarantees juicy slices of significant flavour.
As with all our beef, this is certified 100% pasture-fed and organic.
