Half Hebridean Hogget Box

Our half hogget box contains half a hogget, and typically weighs 7-8kg. From slow-cooked shoulder, to the rack for a special occasion, our medium box is a fantastic way to fill up the freezer with a range of delicious, 100% grass fed cuts. 

A medium lamb box includes:

1 x Whole Leg Joint

1 x Whole Shoulder Joint

1 x Rack of Lamb

Loin Chops

 Minced Lamb

Neck Fillet

Will fit in 1 freezer drawer
