Lamb Hogget & Mutton

Our lamb hogget and mutton comes from our flock of 100% pasture fed, Hebridean and Southdown sheep. A native sheep and extremely hardy the Hebridean is a fantastic low input grazer, by crossing with a Southdown we get a slightly bigger carcass and a delicious fat covering giving incredible succulent tasty meat. Our sheep flock graze in a mob with the cattle, they help the diversity in the meadows by working through as mobile weeders, taking down the faster growing grasses to allow wild flowers and other species to flourish too!
