Our organic, Oxford Sandy and Blacks and our Large Black pigs spend their entire lives outside grazing our organic pasture, supplemented with a fully organic feed. They are free to roam, root, wallow and express their natural behaviours as they please. This is reflected in the deep flavour and texture of their meat.
