Refunds and Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the produce you receive, please let us know why within 21 days of delivery. Please retain the product, along with the batch number, in case we need to investigate further. We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible with a decision on whether we will issue a refund. A credit note or replacement product may also be offered at our discretion.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be eligible for a refund. However, you may still be liable for any courier costs already incurred by us if we are unable to cancel the collection.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However, should you encounter any problems please do contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve them.
