Prime rib of beef, dry aged, untrimmed and left on the bone for maximum flavour. We hang our meat for over 35 days to achieve a succulent and well flavoured joint. The well-marbled meat, keeps moist throughout cooking which together with the yellow fat cover guarantees juicy slices of significant flavoured.
Due to demand our Rib joint will be frozen unless specifically pre ordered.
