Prime rib of beef, dry-aged, trimmed and left on the bone for maximum flavour. We hang our meat for over 35 days to achieve a succulent and well flavoured joint. The well-marbled meat keeps moist throughout cooking which together with the yellow fat cover guarantees juicy slices of significant flavour. 


When you are able to select our 'pre-order' option below you will receive your beef fresh. If we have no fresh beef in stock you can still place a regular order and you will receive your beef frozen.
