Topside Roast

Topside is a wonderful roasting joint. Cooked pink in the middle and sliced thinly, any leftovers are perfect for sandwiches the next day. Slow-grown and hung for 35 days our Topsides are tender and full of flavour.

As with all our beef, this is certified 100% pasture-fed and Organic.
