Our herd of English Longhorn cattle graze in family groups on our organic permanent pasture all year round. They are certified Pasture for Life, which means they eat 100% pasture throughout their entire lives. All of our beef is matured on the bone for 35 days.

Pork
Our organic, Oxford Sandy and Blacks and our Large Black pigs spend their entire lives outside grazing our organic pasture, supplemented with a fully organic feed. They are free to roam, root, wallow and express their natural behaviours as they please. This is reflected in the deep flavour and texture of their meat.

Lamb Hogget & Mutton
Our lamb hogget and mutton comes from our flock of 100% pasture fed, Hebridean and Southdown sheep. A native sheep and extremely hardy the Hebridean is a fantastic low input grazer, by crossing with a Southdown we get a slightly bigger carcass and a delicious fat covering giving incredible succulent tasty meat. Our sheep flock graze in a mob with the cattle, they help the diversity in the meadows by working through as mobile weeders, taking down the faster growing grasses to allow wild flowers and other species to flourish too!
